IMPORTANT INFORMATION: A meeting of the full membership 3 years ago voted to assess all members, present and future $1000, payable over 4 years, to be held in a capital improvement fund for repairs to the building. Please pay your assessment before end of each year or with your current membership and seating dues. You can extend payment over 4 years. Thank you.

1. If you have a preference for seating location, please note it on the seat reservation form.  Please indicate left, center or right when facing the Aron Kodesh.  The seat arrangement may be slightly different than usual as a few seats may be added to all sections (rows) of the Shul.
2. Additional seating will be setup for women in the Kiddush room which will be separated from the main shul by a lattice mechizah.
3. Members will have first choice for seats through September 16th. Thereafter, all seats will be assigned in the order that reservations are received.
4. Children are permitted in the Shul during davening, but seat reservations can be made only for children over 5 years old (the age of chinuch).  Parents must closely supervise all children, regardless of age to insure that the davening of others is not disturbed.  It is halachically required for a parent to remove a child from Shul, no matter where the parent is in davening, if the child is disturbing the kavanah of other mispallelim.
5. The Gaboim will rotate Aliyot among Shul members for Yomim Noraim.  It will take more that one year to get to everyone.  If you are called up for an Aliyah on Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur, a contribution to the Shul will be requested with the Mishaberach after the Aliyah.  If you have a chiyuv and must have an Aliyah or if you prefer not to have an Aliyah, please indicate that on your reservation form or notify the Gaboim directly.
6. Please make all reservations by filling out the reservation form, not by phone.  Please mail forms to The Shul at the Lubavitch Center, 6701 Old Pimlico Road, Baltimore, MD 21209. (Phone) reservations will not be posted on the seating chart until payment is received.
7. If you have filled out a membership form in the past, you need to fill it out again only if there is new information or changes from the previous membership form.
8. Yizkor forms must be filled out in full each year.
